The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to enable us to update you on Meeting details and opportunities available to you as a member.

storing and using this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by
contacting the Club Secretary.
(b) We have a legitimate interest.
What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to update you with information about the procedures and programme relevant to the organisation and function of Penrith Ladies Luncheon Club.
We do not share your personal data with other organisations unless it is for:
– administrative purposes linked to the organisation and function of Penrith Ladies Luncheon Club e.g. the organisation of a group excursion when some details have to be shared with the hosting organisation.

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored with the Treasurer and Secretary at their
home addresses. It is stored in hard copy files or in password protected computer files.
We keep name, address, phone and email information for the duration of Club membership and for up to two additional years. We will then dispose of your information by shredding paperwork or deleting computer files.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is
inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
